Biotech work,
finally addressable.

MYRIAD maps 10,000 bounded biotech and pharmaceutical tasks into a graph agents can search, route, inspect and build on.

The problem

The hard part is not asking an agent. It is defining what the agent is responsible for.

Scientific requests are rarely one clean action. They contain hidden boundaries, evidence requirements, safety constraints and hand-offs that general-purpose agents routinely blur.

MYRIAD gives each task a stable identity, scope, objective, provenance expectation, completion signal and human-review boundary.

Coverage

From molecules to manufacturing.

MYRIAD spans the full research and development surface without pretending every node is a finished protocol.

Anatomy of a node

Enough structure to route. Enough restraint to stay honest.

Objective
Rank candidate off-target loci with sample-aware variation.
Evidence
Scored candidates, assumptions, model version and no-call criteria.

100 domains · 1,000 workstreams · 10,000 tasks · 10 batches
Maturity: taxonomy-defined; full seed skills: 3

Honesty by design

10,000 tasks. Not 10,000 validated wet-lab protocols.

Every node is taxonomy-defined and bounded for routing, retrieval, planning and evaluation. Three nodes currently exist as complete procedural SKILL.md references.

Operational use still requires current primary sources, validated local procedures, appropriate authorization and qualified human review.

Release engineering

Built to survive outside the conversation that created it.

01

Raw

Preserved source records from the ten original taxonomy batches.

02

Canonical

Homogenized routing, provenance, uncertainty and review contracts.

03

Sanitized

Public distribution without internal build history or legacy artifacts.

Identity system

Research infrastructure can still have a pulse.
